1.2 Live or Scheduled Courses: You may cancel your enrollment before the course start date to receive a refund as per the refund policy mentioned in section 2. 2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for courses that meet the following conditions:

• The cancellation request is made within the eligible cancellation period as mentioned in section 1.
• The course has not been accessed or completed by the student.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 weeks. Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 weeks from the date of approval.

2.3 Refund Amount:

• Self-Paced Courses: If eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable fees or discounts.
• Live or Scheduled Courses: If eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be determined based on the specific course details and may be subject to prorated deductions.

2.4 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed by Bank Transfer or refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. There will be a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited to your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

• Membership Fees: Any membership fees or subscriptions are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise stated in the specific membership terms and conditions.
• Third-Party Services: Any fees paid for third-party services or products integrated with our courses, such as textbooks or software licenses, are non-refundable and subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.
