Improper or Unethical Conduct

• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonating any person or entity, including instructors, students, or ISCM staff, or misrepresenting your affiliation with the institution.
• Submitting false information during registration, admission, or while applying for certification or verification.

Interference with Services

• Interfering with, disrupting, or overloading the website, mobile app, servers, or any connected networks.
• Attempting to bypass or disable any security or authentication measures of our platform.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to access or interact with the website or learning platform.

Misuse of Certificates and Course Materials

• Modifying, falsifying, reproducing, or sharing certificates issued by International Supply Chain Masters™ without authorization.
• Using the certificate for misleading or fraudulent representation in employment or academic applications.
• Claiming institutional affiliation or endorsement from ISCM without written consent.

Misuse of Communication Tools

• Sending spam messages, promotional content, or unrelated advertisements through discussion forums, chats, or contact forms.
• Collecting or storing personal information about other users without their express consent.
• Using offensive or disrespectful language in discussion forums, student communities, or direct communications with instructors or advisors.

Commercial Exploitation

• Reselling, redistributing, or using any part of our courses, content, or materials for commercial training purposes without written authorization.
• Using our website, app, or content to promote external products, services, or competing educational programs.

1.4 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without refund, if you engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior, or violate these Terms.

2. Course Listings and Purchases

2.1 Purchase and Payment: When you purchase a course through our website, you agree to pay the specified fees. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

2.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes: Completion of any course offered on our platform does not guarantee job placement, promotion, or specific career advancement. Success depends on individual effort, prior experience, and external factors beyond our control.

2.4 Chargebacks and Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing course material constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to revoke course access, deny future services, and pursue legal action if necessary.

3. Intellectual Property

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, technical failures, internet outages, or government restrictions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing International Supply Chain Masters™. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our courses. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds for the courses purchased through our website.

1. Cancellation of Courses

1.1 Self-Paced Courses: You may cancel your enrollment at any time before accessing the course materials. Once you have accessed the course materials, cancellation is no longer available, and the refund policy mentioned in section 2 will apply.

1.2 Live or Scheduled Courses: You may cancel your enrollment before the course start date to receive a refund as per the refund policy mentioned in section 2. Once the course has started, cancellation and refund options may be limited. Please refer to the specific course details for more information.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 All course fees and service payments made to International Supply Chain Masters™ (ISCM) are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless explicitly stated in official email communication at the time of purchase, enrollment, or admission.

No refund or cancellation will be processed once:

• Any part of the course (including video lectures, quizzes, tests, downloadable materials, or course content) has been accessed or viewed, or
• Login credentials or access to the learning platform have been provided.

Students are strongly advised to review all course details, eligibility requirements, and inclusions before making a payment.

ISCM reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly communicated in writing via official ISCM email channels.

2.2 Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@iscmasters.com with your refund request, including the order details and reasons for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 weeks. Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 weeks from the date of approval.

2.3 Refund Amount:

• Self-Paced Courses: If eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable fees or discounts.
• Live or Scheduled Courses: If eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be determined based on the specific course details and may be subject to prorated deductions.

2.4 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed by Bank Transfer or refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. There will be a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited to your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

• Membership Fees: Any membership fees or subscriptions are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise stated in the specific membership terms and conditions.
• Third-Party Services: Any fees paid for third-party services or products integrated with our courses, such as textbooks or software licenses, are non-refundable and subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.
