1.2 Live or Scheduled Courses: You may cancel your enrollment before the course start date to receive a refund as per the refund policy mentioned in section 2. 2.1 Eligibility: Refunds are eligible for courses that meet the following conditions:

  • The cancellation request is made within the eligible cancellation period as mentioned in section 1.
  • The course has not been accessed or completed by the student.

  • Self-Paced Courses: If eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable fees or discounts.
  • Live or Scheduled Courses: If eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be determined based on the specific course details and may be subject to prorated deductions.

2.4 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed by Bank Transfer or refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. There will be a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited to your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Membership Fees: Any membership fees or subscriptions are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise stated in the specific membership terms and conditions.
